He stressed the importance of this visit coincided with the escalation of practices and violations of the occupation against the Palestinian workers, especially those working in the settlements and inside Israel, and touched Saad interview on the effects of building a wall of apartheid and establishment of checkpoints and border crossings with Israel and the consequent destruction of the workers and the market economic in the Palestinian territories, noting that There are more than 32 thousand workers and a worker working in difficult and dangerous conditions inside the settlements and deprived of their rights by operators and agents work, stressing the importance of joint cooperation in the areas of training and creating employment opportunities for the unemployed and graduates in the face of rising levels of migration abroad, which amounted, according to him for more than about 30 thousand immigrants to find work both in the Arab or foreign countries, describing them as "involuntary transfer of the Palestinian people" with the continued conversion and settlement policies pursued by Israel in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
